The technical project will account for the other 60%, Berceanu said in a meeting with representatives of construction companies. Berceanu did not specify the date these changes are to come into effect.
According to Berceanu, construction firms offer a low price, which they increase once they have won the auction, and that the changes will put an end to such practices.
The minister also said he will not stand for any more excuses made up by construction and consultancy firms to justify delays.
