Over 10.000 Romanians, confirmed with the new coronavirus. 527 dead and 2.478 healed

According to GCS, until Thursday, on the Romanian territory, 10.096 cases of people infected with the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) were confirmed. Of the people confirmed positive, 2.478 were declared cured and discharged.

In the last 24 hours, another 386 new cases of illness were registered.

At the same time, so far, 527 people diagnosed with COVID-19 infection, hospitalized in Dolj, Bucharest, Iaşi, Suceava, Arad, Bacău, Timiş, Cluj, Neamţ, Hunedoara, Constanţa, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Ialomiţa, Bistriţa- Năsăud, Covasna, Dâmboviţa, Vrancea, Galaţi, Caraş-Severin, Mureş, Giurgiu, Bihor, Argeş, Vaslui, Botoşani, Alba, Sălaj, Braşov, Mehedinţi, Teleorman, Gorj and Prahova, died.

At the moment, 236 patients are hospitalized at ATI, GCS announces.

There are 12.226 people in institutionalized quarantine and another 28.131 people are in isolation at home and are under medical monitoring.

To date, 113.336 tests have been processed at the national level.

Abroad, 971 Romanian citizens were confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 and 66 died.
