Romanian Solidarity Contribution Calculated On Public Sector Pensions, Salaries

If the individual obtains salary from several public institutions, then the institution where the individual has the core activity will calculate the contribution, according to a government document obtained by MEDIAFAX.

 

The individual is compelled to inform the salary payer regarding the existence of the other sources of income and/or pensions they obtain from a public institution , and the level of the income obtained from each source, through the submission of a self statement in view of calculating the solidarity contribution.
