Death 177 is of a 67-year-old woman from Mehedinţi county. Hospitalized in SJU Drobeta Turnu-Severin on 04.04.2020 with acute bilateral pneumonia. Transferred to section ATI-05.04.2020. Biological samples collected for COVID-19 on 04.04.2020. Positive result on 06.04.2020. Date of death: 06.04.2020. Comorbidities: chronic pulmonary disease. The death occurred during the transfer to SCBI Craiova.

Death 178 is a man, 60 years old from Ialomiţa county. Boarded in SJU Slobozia on 04.04.2020-Acute respiratory failure, with dyspnea. Transferred to the ATI section – intubation 05.04.2020. Positive result on 06.04.2020. Date of death: 05.04.2020.

Boarded in SJU Alba Iulia on 05.04.2020, Cardiology-Myocardial Infarction section, acute recently, angina after infarction, ischemic heart disease, mitral and tricuspid disease, HTA.
