Meteorologists Issue Code Yellow Rain, Gusty Wind Alert For 26 Romanian Counties

According to meteorologists, rain, thunderstorms, gusty wind, and hail in some areas, are expected Wednesday, until 11 p.m., in mountainous areas and in the country’s southern, central, western and northern regions.

Rain will turn heavy and precipitations will exceed 25 – 30 liters per square meter, and even 60 liters per square meter in some areas.

Meteorologists warned rain, thunderstorms and gusty wind are also expected in the country’s south-eastern regions Wednesday night.
