Romanian meteorologists issued Tuesday a code yellow rain and storm advisory for 14 counties in the central and northeastern parts of the country, valid until Wednesday morning.

The 14 counties under rain alert are Botosani, Iasi, Bacau, Neamt, Suceava, Vrancea, Buzau, Prahova, Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, Maramures and Bistrita Nasaud.
According to meteorologists, precipitation will exceed 30-40 liters per square meter in certain areas.
