Microsoft Romania General Manager Leaves Company

Microsoft is now looking for a suitable candidate from inside and outside the company.

On August 31, Hotaran will end his 12-year career within Microsoft that has been dedicated to business management.

Hotaran said he intends to open his own consultancy company.

Hotaran started his career with Microsoft in 1996 as general manager of the company’s Romanian branch. In 2004, he was appointed Microsoft’s general manager for southeastern Europe and was in charge with business operations in ten different countries in the region. In June 2007 he came back as the general manager of Microsoft Romania.
