Romania’s Electrica Serv Ex-GM Sues Co

On July 1, Radulescu was replaced with Titi Paraschiv, former manager of mobile telephony operator Vodafone Romania and professor at “Titu Maiorescu” University in Bucharest.

Between 2000 and 2003, Paraschiv has worked within oil and gas company OMV Romania. He was also the development manager of Siemens Romania between 2003 and 2007.
