Boc said Romania, like the entire European Union, must be prepared for „the electric car of the future,” its requirements (such as the engine and refueling stations) and its advantages, including lower pollution, lower dependence on oil and possibly greater comfort for passengers.
The prime minister on Friday visited carmaker Dacia’s factory in Mioveni and talked with the company’s general manager, Jerome Olive, and the president of the Board of Administration, Constantin Stroe, on the Romanian car industry’s situation and prospects.
