The director of the Constanta Regional Port Captain Office, Alexandru Mezei, said maneuvers in Constanta Nord and Constanta Sud were halted Monday morning at 9.15 (local time) as the wind was blowing over 50 kilometers/hour.
Traffic on the Danube-Black Sea Canal was also restricted for the same reasons.
The Port Captain Office also sent out storm warnings for the next 24 hours to all anchored ships.
