Negligent Driver Injures Two People, Damages 7 Cars In Bucharest

According to the traffic police, Andrei S., 26, was spotted on Apr 9 overtaking a row of cars and his driving license was suspended at that time for two months. On Apr 26, police spotted him again and opened a criminal record in his name for driving without a license. 

Monday evening, the young man was spotted again in Bucharest’s district 6, refused to pull over and instead accelerated trying to escape, and hit another car. Following the impact, the two cars damaged an additional five cars parked on the side of the road. Andrei S. and two people in the car he hit were slightly injured.

Police have opened a new case against him for negligence.
