Romania ranks tenth in a European top with respect to the number of new cars registered in January. Italy, with 232,207 cars, Germany with 220,742 and France with 162,116 are the top three.
The report shows that the most dynamic increase was registered by Lithuania, where the number of new car registrations hiked 55%, followed by Iceland with 47.9%, Slovakia with 36.6% and Romania.
In Bulgaria, the number of new car registrations increased 8.4% on the year in January, to 3.326 cars.
