In a post on her official Facebook page, Sandu announced that she will make a state visit to Bucharest on Tuesday, July 2, before a trip to Brussels scheduled for July 4.
The Moldovan chief of cabinet also thanked Romanian President Klaus Iohannis for the “constant support offered by Romania for Moldovan nationals”.
Maia Sandu was appointed as the country’s prime minister earlier in June, and survived a political crisis which resulted in the country’s having two parallel administrations which both claimed legitimacy for a short time.
