Three Romanians Arrested For Double Homicide In Italy

Italian businessman Francesco Vittorio Ambrosio, 77, and his wife Giovanna Sacco, 72, were murdered Tuesday night in a luxury neighborhood in Naples.

Apparently, a robbery planned by their former gardener, a 22 year-old Romanian, ended badly, with the killing of the two spouses. Three Romanians aged 22 to 24 were arrested. Marius Acsiniei, Valentin Dumitriu and Calin Petrica were charged with robbery and aggravated homicide.

The three were caught after police tapped the mobile phones stolen from the victims’ home and one of the suspects called his mother in Romania to tell her what he had done.
