The ZTE S302 also has a flashlight and an integrated radio.
The phone displays large characters on screen and an accessible menu. The SOS key allows the user to pre-program an emergency number, which can be called or text messaged at the push of a single button.
The ZTE S302, whose prices start at EUR1, will become available Thursday, May 13, as a part of the Senior package. The Senior tariff plan includes 500 free caller minutes in the Orange network and in all national landline networks. Monthly rates start at EUR6.
The Senior plan is exclusively available to pensioners, who must present their pension coupon for activation. The ZTE S302 may also be purchased independently, from EUR9.
Orange Romania is the country's largest mobile communications operator, with reported revenues of EUR237 million for this year's first quarter. It is a branch of the Orange-France Telecom Group, which provides communications services to over 180 million customers worldwide.
