The employees are unhappy with the managers’ decision to postpone salary renegotiations, union leader Mathe Istvan said.
He said employees requested a 40% hike in their salaries, but the company’s management only offered them a 20% raise.
“We cannot accept it, any salary increase below 35% is unacceptable,” Istvan mentioned.
Over 100 employees with the institution started spontaneous protest actions on Thursday.
The workers demanded the company’s managers be dismissed for delaying salary negotiations.
