Over 21,000 Romanian Police Officers, Gendarmes On The Watch On New Year’s Eve
Thus, over 11,000 police officers will be deployed on New Year’s Eve in public places to ensure public order and safety, prevent road accidents and decongest traffic, the Romanian General Police Department said in a press statement.
The Romanian Gendarmerie stressed that the possession, sale or use of any pyrotechnic devices represent a crime.
