Romania’s Deployment Of Troops, Observers In Kosovo Needs Parliament Vote – Opp Leader
"If the ground for the recognition of Kosovo province as an independent state is real, then our presence there has no legal grounds. Romania’s decision to send NATO troops and observers there should be based on a vote from parliament. The issue is sensitive and has consequences beyond Romanian borders," said Geoana, a former foreign affairs minister.
