The two tried to enter the Sevastokrator restaurant, which was reserved for Tsacheva and the organizers and official guests of the Stage of the Ages festival held in Tarnovo over this and next weekend.
After being denied access into the restaurant, the two Romanians assaulted the security guards of the Parliament Speaker, prompting the latter to call the local police.
The two were arrested and charged with causing bodily harm and failing to obey a police order.
