Romanian Democrat Liberal VP Not Running For Legislative, Justice Min Seats

Valeriu Stoica, vice-president of Romania’s Democratic-Liberal Party (PDL), said Thursday he would neither run for a legislative seat in the upcoming elections nor join the race for the position of justice minister.

Stoica said he does not want to race for the justice minister seat, as he plans to get involved both in the modernization process of his party and in the reforming of the Constitution.
 
Stoica added he plans to draft a document targeting to reform the Constitution, which he will unveil soon.
