Romania will increase the ceiling for state aid granted to small and medium-sized companies, or SMEs, Prime Minister Emil Boc told government members at the beginning of the Cabinet meeting Wednesday.

"The Ministry of Finance has drafted a normative act regarding state aid for small and medium-sized companies, stipulating an increased state aid ceiling in view of supporting these businesses,” Boc said.
