Greek Realtor Invests Some EUR80M In Real Estate Proj In Romania

A Greek realtor will invest some EUR80 million in the construction of a real estet project north of Romania’s capital city Bucharest, the project’s promoter Eurometropola said Tuesday.

The real estate project will include office and shopping areas on 40,000 square meters.

The construction works are seen starting in about two months.

Eurometropola’s representatives did not mention the name of the Greek realtor.

„The realtor is a Greek company that started its first important project in Romania, having a good background in constructions, energy and real estate field in Eastern Europe,” Eurometropola said.
