EC Presents Justice Reports On Romania, Bulgaria

The EC official said that although there have been positive signals, a number of problems persist.

 

He said the National Anticorruption Department maintained its positive track, but legislative obstacles still occur.

 

"Romania needs to prove it has a stable judicial system,” Laitenberger said.

 

He added the reports include factual valuations and a more detailed assessment would be provided in the report to be released in summer.
