Over 170,000 Tourists Spent Weekend On Romanian Black Sea Coast

According to data from the „Litoral-Delta Dunarii” Association on Saturday, August 21, 170,058 tourists were officially registered with accommodation units in resorts on the Black Sea coast, while on Sunday, the number of tourists hit 155,645. A few thousand foreign tourists were on the Romanian littoral last weekend – 6,244 on Saturday and 6,201 on Sunday.

The busiest resort was Neptun, with 43,472 tourists, followed by Mamaia, with 42,392 tourists, Costinesti, with around 30,000 tourists, and resorts Navodari, Eforie, Mangalia and Vama Veche, with over 50,000 tourists.
