Duda said the election campaign will not be a fair competition, but a fight between political clans.
“Most Romanian politicians act as if the state and the public institutions are personal goods. The current president began the privatization of the Romanian state. The future president will continue it,” Duda added.
Duda announced his intention to run for president on April 9, saying that his plan is not to restore the monarchy, changing Government form being not among the president’s attribution.
He declared he wanted to candidate independently, without subordinating to any political party.
