"Increases depend on what is being developed in the respective areas. However, lands in the north-east and south-east of Bucharest will see the highest growths in price, because they are currently the cheapest," general manager Costin Lazar told a news conference Thursday.
Lands outside Bucharest currently have prices of EUR5-10 per square meter, while in the city, prices are as high as EUR30-40 per square meter.
However, some areas near Bucharest have land prices of EUR80 per square meter, as is the case of Buftea, and even EUR200 per square meter in Corbeanca.
