Romanian Media Embrace Sole Code Of Ethics

The sole Code of Ethics will be implemented by the Group of good journalistic practices, which will operate via an initiative committee during the first six months.

The group of good journalistic practices, which will include representatives of the public and local media, will grant a certificate of good journalistic practices to media institutions (printed publications, TV stations, radio stations, websites), which compels the respective institutions to rigorously observe the Code and serve the public with professional integrity and credibility.

The certificate will be granted to media institutions that belong to members of the group of good journalistic practices.
