The real estate projects include houses, shopping centers and office areas.

The real estate and office projects will require EUR100 million investments, in partnership with local investors.

The company also targets the construction of two shopping centers in a EUR200 or EUR250 million investment.

Westhill launched Wednesday the second shopping center project in the city of Ploiesti, central Romania, with a leased area of 58,000 square meters. The company has previously launched the shopping center project in the city of Targoviste, southern Romania.

Westhill Development entered the local market in 2006, after buying the lands for the shopping centers in Ploiesti and Targoviste. The company operates in London, Bucharest and Sofia.
