Renault, Dacia 2-Mo Registrations In Germany Up 20.8%, To 25,848 Units

Registrations of cars under the Renault and Dacia brands in Germany increased by 20.8% in the first two months of the year, to 25,848 units, on a market which increased by 15.2%, to 435.482 units, German car registration office KBA said Thursday.

Renault and Dacia jointly registered a 5.9% market share at the end of the February and were outranked by Volkswagen (23%), BMW, Mini (8.5%), Mercedes (8%), Opel (7.6%), Audi (7.2%) and Ford (7.1%).

Over 13,400 Renault and Dacia cars were registered on the German market in February.

Of the 32 analyzed car brands, only seven saw a decrease in registrations.
