Romania Confirms 19th Swine Flu Case

The patient is a child who came on June 19 from Canada and who is receiving treatment at the Matei Bals infectious diseases hospital in capital city Bucharest.

Romania confirmed the first case of swine flu on May 27 and has since recorded 19 people infected. All patients were people who contracted the illness in other countries and all had mild cases of the flu. Most of the patients have been released from hospital.
