Romania Enters WTO Executive Council

Romania received one of the four vacant positions in the Executive Council of the World Tourism Organization, for the 2009-2013 mandate, according to an announcement by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The appointment of the four states in the Executive Council of the WTO took place Friday, within the organization's general assembly. The states joining Romania in the council are Germany, Bulgaria and Hungary.
