Romania Indus, Constructions Seen Stable In Jun-Aug - INS

Romanian managers expect relative stability in activity on the industrial and construction segments between June and August 2010, while retail and services are expected to decrease slightly, the National Institute for Statistics, or INS, said Monday.

Local managers expect prices to rise in retail and to remain stable in the other three sectors between June and August this year.

They also expect output to be stable in the industrial, and constructions sectors while the output in the retail and service sectors is seen slightly down in June - August.

The results were computed from answers of 8478 managers across the four economic sectors.

Romanian managers expect the number of employees to slightly decrease across all four economic sectors in the interval analyzed.
