Seitan said he has data indicating the jobless rate saw a decrease in June almost similar to that in May, adding, however, that he expects official data from the country's employment agency ANOFM.
Romania's unemployment rate fell for the second straight month in May to 7.67%, from 8.07% in the previous month, official data showed.
ANOFM said the total number of jobless people reached 701,854 in May, compared with 738,187 the month before. In May 2009, the unemployment rate was at 5.7%.
