Romania Agriculture Ministry Cleared To Take RON1.4B Loan From State Treasury

The loan, which comes from revenues obtained by the state from privatizations, has no interests attached and will be paid back until the end of the year.

Last year, the Government cleared the country’s Finance Ministry to transfer to the Agriculture Ministry funds worth RON1.87 billion, which also came from revenues obtained by the state from privatizations. Funds targeted to cover costs with pre-financing farming programs upheld by the European Union.
