Romanian National Trade Registry Takes Applications Online

The necessary forms are available on the website of the intelligent electronic form system  http://e-forms.onrc.ro, according to a press release issued by the Trade Registry. Applicants can track their requests, as well as the phase they have reached in the process of registration. In order to submit such forms online, entrepreneurs need to have an electronic signature.

The Trade Registry introduced electronic registration for companies in the beginning of the year.

At the same time, the registry aims to expand online services, through the introduction of an electronic payment system, which would allow users access to a virtual pay desk and the transfer of information such as the type of payment, the sum to be paid and the identification data for the payer.
