Romania Radicalizes Stance On “Wise Guy” Deals In Energy

Authorities will terminate the bilateral contracts concluded by Romanian state-owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica with the so-called “wise guys”, if the energy buyers refuse new terms, Economy Ministry Lucian Bode said Tuesday.
