Romania’s Chamber Of Deputies Validates New MP Members

Deputies are to elect, by secret voting, the head of the chamber for a four-year mandate, as well as the members of the Standing Office.

The parliamentary group of the Democratic Liberal Party (PDL) decided Friday morning, with 68 “pros” and 45 “cons,” to propose Roberta Anastase as head of the Chamber of Deputies.
