Romania’s Petrom Cuts Fuel Prices By RON0.03/Liter
Romania’s dominant oil company Petrom (SNP.RO) on Monday cut its gasoline and diesel oil pump prices by 0.03 lei (EUR1=RON4.2809) per liter.

Thus, one liter of unleaded Premium gasoline will cost RON3.76 as of Monday, while the unleaded Top Premium 99+ gasoline will cost RON4.13 per liter, the company said.
One liter of OMV Carrera 95 and of OMV Carrera 100 will be sold with RON3.9, and RON4.53, respectively.
The price of Top Euro Diesel 5 is now of RON3.71 per liter, while one liter of Euro Diesel 5 is sold with RON3.55.
One liter of OMV Sprint Diesel and OMV Alpin Diesel costs now RON3.96 and RON4.04 per liter, respectively.
Petrom is the largest corporation in Romania and the largest gas and oil producer in Southeastern Europe. In December 2004, Petrom was privatized and became a part of OMV AG (OMV.VI), which is the majority shareholder.
