Romania’s Ruling Coalition To Hold Formal Meeting On Wednesday
Romanian social democrat leader Liviu Dragnea said Tuesday that the ruling coalition, comprising the Social Democratic Party (PSD) and the Alliance for Liberals and Democrats (ALDE), will hold Wednesday a formal meeting to discuss the draft justice laws, 2018 budget and split VAT, among others.

Dragnea added that the public-private partnership law, the Sovereign Development and Investment Fund and the justice laws amendment bill will be initiated by Parliament from now on.
This meeting comes after Monday’s informal meeting between Prime Minister Mihai Tudose, PSD leader Liviu Dragnea and ALDE leader Calin Popescu Tariceanu.
