Romania’s Unirea Urziceni Scores First Win In Champions League With Glasgow Rangers
Romania’s champion team Unirea Urziceni scored its first victory in Champions League Tuesday evening, beating Scotland’s Glasgow Rangers 4-1 (1-1) in Glasgow, sending the Scots to the bottom of Group G.

The home team opened score just two minutes into the game when Pedro Mendes' shot deflected off Ricardo Gomes and Unirea's Ricardo Vilana sent the ball into the team's own net. Unirea's Marius Bilasco leveled the score in the 32nd minute.
Own goals by Kyle Lafferty and Lee McCulloch in the second half put the Romanian team 3-1 ahead, and Pablo Brandan scored another goal in the 65th minute to make it a 4-1.
