Romania will change over to the summer time on the night of Saturday to Sunday, which means that 3:00 a.m local time will become 4:00 a.m.

Romania’s railroad company CFR said that the change will not affect the schedule of trains but may cause certain delays.
After Romania changes over to the summer time, the difference between Romania’s official time and the universal time (GTM) will be of three hours.
Sunday will be the shortest day in the year with only 23 hours.
The summer time convention has been used by Romania since 1979, in order to make the most of seasonal daylight . The sun rises at 4:30 and sets at 20:00.
