Romanian Businessman Invests EUR80M In Bucharest Office Building

Romanian businessman George Copos will invest EUR80 million in an office building in the capital city, Bucharest, whose construction works will start this spring.

The works are scheduled to be concluded in October 2010.

The office building should generate annually revenues from rents of EUR9.9 million, said Copos, owner of Ana Holding group.

Ana Holding has activities in various fields in Romania, including tourism, industry, bread, bakery and football.
