Romanian Car Tax Might Upgrade Public Transportation - PM

The sums collected from the Romanian pollution tax for cars, which will go to the Environment Fund, might also be used for the dismantling of polluting buses and the renewal of the Bucharest public transportation car park, said Romanian prime minister Calin Tariceanu.
