Romanian Coaches Must Attend Press Conferences Or Face Fines

The fine will be RON5,000 in the case of League II coaches and RON3,000 in the case of League III.

Radulescu said the Executive Committee of June 22 approved several provisions which will be added to the coach rules as of the 2009-2010 season, including mandatory labor contracts for coaches and clubs, penalizing coaches who misbehave during official games and prohibiting coaches from also being referees or player agents.

Radulescu said that students currently enrolled in courses to receive the Pro License and who have already taken the theoretical exam may sign labor contracts to become head coaches.
