The power outage affected theonline system connecting the dispatching center and intervention services. Communication was resumed by phone.
"The connection with intervention services – police, firefighters, ambulance – was kept by phone," Marcel Opris, head of the Special Telecommunication Service, told MEDIAFAX.
He added the power outage did not interrupt the system, nor did it block calls to 112.
"Aside from the Bucharest Ambulance, no other structure made a fuss about the incident," Opris said.
