Boc said the heads of decentralized services will be sacked if they prove arrogant and disdainful and delay problem solving, adding they receive their salaries from public funds, namely from taxes paid by people who expect to be treaded accordingly.

The prime minister asked decentralized institution heads to observe the law and „make efforts to do away with bureaucracy”, adding the functions they hold are not for a lifetime.

Boc met Friday with the heads of decentralized institutions in Vrancea, eastern Romania.
