Romanian Documentary Wins Golden Dove Award At 2007 DOK Leipzig

Romanian film director Adina Pintilie won the Golden Dove at this year’s edition of the International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Film – DOK Leipzig 2007 with the "Nu te supăra, dar.." (Don’t Get Me Wrong) documentary.

Apart from the Golden Dove trophy, Pintilie was awarded EUR10,000, courtesy of Telepool.

Pintilie’s documentary competed with 21 other international documentaries.

"Nu te supăra, dar.." also competes in the European Film Festival in Estoril, Portugal, which takes place between November 8 and November 17.
