According to the draft, the candidate prime minister will request the Parliament's confirmation of the Cabinet and its platform within 10 days of being nominated.

If this period passes without the candidate having been confirmed, the entire proposed Cabinet and its platform are considered rejected by the legislature and the President will nominate a new candidate.
