Romanian Govt Approves New Contract With Bechtel For Transylvania Hwy

Romania's Government has approved the new contract with U.S. company Bechtel for the construction of the Transylvania Highway, which reduces the cost of the project to EUR6.9 million per km and allows the sections where work has not begun to be auctioned off, said Transport Minister Anca Boagiu.
