Romanian Govt Plans To Issue Business Start-Up Law
Romania’s Government plans to issue an emergency decree granting state aid to people aged 18 to 35 who want to start businesses, said Monday Gheorghe Flutur, vice-president of the ruling Democratic Liberal Party.

He said the party's national standing office has discussed provisions of the future "start-up law", whereby young entrepreneurs could benefit from state guarantees, through the guarantee fund for SMEs, if they have at least two employees and reinvest their profit.
Flutur added the budget for start-ups is "limited" and said a few hundred firms could benefit from state financing this year and a few thousand next year.
